Fixes #633 by removing obselete tutorial.

The "C++: _Writing Your Own Toy Compiler Using Flex" article was written in 2009, and is currently obsolete. Article can be found here: https://gnuu.org/2009/09/18/writing-your-own-toy-compiler/
